What began as a family tradition three generations ago has grown into a local favorite right here in Hammond, Louisiana. Owned and operated by Mark & Laurie Barker, our shop is known for hand-cutting every single donut, roll, fritter, and kolache—no machines, just craftsmanship and care.
We’re proud to keep things simple and delicious. Each morning, before the sun rises, our team is in the kitchen mixing, cutting, glazing, and baking. Everything is made fresh daily, using recipes passed down through the generations and perfected over time.

We offer two delicious styles:
Donut King Cake – Soft, pillowy, and topped with festive icing (available all year)
Traditional Baked King Cake – A seasonal classic (limited availability)
Note: We do not ship our king cakes—but we’re always happy to prepare one fresh for pickup.
